*note for July, towards the end of July I found out that we were going to be having another baby, which explained why I had been sooo incredibly sick, lost 20 lbs, and spent most of the summer in bed!

SOCCER!

This was Jaden's second season, and he really figured out this whole soccer thing, he's so much faster than most the other little guys... he usually scored at least 6-7 goals per game, and could outrun everyone else to beat them back to the other goal to play defense if needed. Yet was very humble, and such a good sport with his team mates and opponents.

This was Aubryn's first year playing on an all girl team, she LOVED IT! She loved coach Kiera, she loved, the girls, and grew to be quite the defensive player, but seemed to sneak in a goal or 2 during the game. So much fun to watch her, she is her team mates biggest fan.

October 2010
Had an ultra sound... they tech says this and I quote "Uhhhh, hmmm, well if I had to guess I would guess it was a girl, but I wouldn't go pick out paint colors." So although we are under the impression that it may be a girl we have resolved that we really are not going to commit to any gender until the baby is born! Which is a little stressful to me because I AM A TOTAL PLANNER, and I'm feeling very unprepared!!! Especially since we were under the impression that we wouldn't be able to have anymore babies. So last year I got rid of EVERYTHING baby related, with the exception of the cradle my papa made me, and the crib I couldn't get to in storage. So needless to say its been interesting trying to find unisex outfits, blankets, etc. YES! I'm about to freak out, I only have about 5 weeks left!

I totally dropped the ball for halloween, I didn't take very many pictures. But this is us at trunk or treat, I'm supposed to me a mad scientist, and Shawn is my hunchback Igor..... "IGOR PULL ZEE SWEETCH!" It was a lot of fun!

November 2010

Going out to the car for church one morning, Shawn spots this cat track right by our car, about 10 feet from our porch. Yes that is a Mountain Lion track.... yes we were a little freaked out!

Last Football game. Chieftains won their first District 1-AAA Championship EVER in football in 2010, they made it all they way to the playoffs but too a really hard loss to Hatch.

The girls and I were so glad when football was over, but dad was sad football was over

Poor Aubryn got in trouble at school the day before her birthday (very uncharacteristic of her) But it was a pretty big deal, and we don't take those things lightly. So we told her that she would have to forgo her party with friends this year due to poor decision making. She was upset, but I tell you it was such a powerful teaching tool. So we kept the b-day celebration very low key. But I'm willing to be that she NEVER does it again!
